A Rich Cheesecake with Okara and Yogurt

  1. Add ingredients into a bowl in listed order, from top to bottom.
  2. Thanks to the okara, the flour doesn't get lumpy even if it's not sifted.
  3. Pour into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake in 180C (356F) preheated oven for about 50 minutes.
  5. Set aside to cool down without removing from the pan.
  6. Chill in the fridge before serving.
  7. Set aside for 2 more days for a rich and moist result.
  8. This is what the cross-section looks like.
  9. The cake will be richer if you use butter instead of olive oil (but it'll raise the calories).
  10. You could use a regular cake pan.

fresh okara, milk, eggs, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, honey, salt, flour, baking powder, raisins
