Mocha Bread Puddings

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Lightly spray 10 (1-cup) ramekins or ovenproof coffee cups with cooking spray.
  3. Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1 of the eggs until well blended.
  4. Spread evenly onto bread slices; cut each slice into quarters.
  5. Arrange 4 bread pieces in each prepared ramekin.
  6. Dissolve coffee in milk in medium bowl.
  7. Add remaining 2 eggs; beat with wire whisk until well blended.
  8. Pour evenly over bread in each ramekin.
  9. Sprinkle evenly with chocolate.
  10. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  11. or until puffed and golden brown.
  12. Cool 5 min.
  13. before serving.
