Mocha Bread Puddings
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs, divided
- 10 slices hearty white bread, with or without crusts
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
- 1-1/2 cups milk
- 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Lightly spray 10 (1-cup) ramekins or ovenproof coffee cups with cooking spray.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and 1 of the eggs until well blended.
- Spread evenly onto bread slices; cut each slice into quarters.
- Arrange 4 bread pieces in each prepared ramekin.
- Dissolve coffee in milk in medium bowl.
- Add remaining 2 eggs; beat with wire whisk until well blended.
- Pour evenly over bread in each ramekin.
- Sprinkle evenly with chocolate.
- Bake 20 to 25 min.
- or until puffed and golden brown.
- Cool 5 min.
- before serving.
