beef naco casserole

  1. preheat oven to 375 and coat 13 by 9 inches baking disk with non stick spray
  2. cut peppers into wide slithers
  3. in a large skillet heat oil over med-high heat.
  4. add peppers ground beef and harlc salt; cook stirring to break up clumps of beef and until the beef is brown.
  5. drain.
  6. the grease.
  7. cut dough crosswise into 1/2 inch wide slices then each slice into quarters
  8. in a large bowl toss together dough pieces and salsa.
  9. Add cooked meat mixture, two cups of tacos cheese and olives.
  10. Scrape the mixture into bakeing dish.
  11. Sprinkle tjey remaining 1 cup of cheese on top
  12. bake at 375 for 30min.
  13. Sprinkle scallions evenly over the top.
  14. bake another 5 min.
