beef naco casserole
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 redpepper deseeded
- 1/2 sweet yellow pepper deseeded
- 1 lb lean beef
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 packages of 10oz refidge pizza dough
- 3 cup shredded taco cheese
- 16 oz jar of salsa
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 3 large scallions trimmed and sliced
- preheat oven to 375 and coat 13 by 9 inches baking disk with non stick spray
- cut peppers into wide slithers
- in a large skillet heat oil over med-high heat.
- add peppers ground beef and harlc salt; cook stirring to break up clumps of beef and until the beef is brown.
- drain.
- the grease.
- cut dough crosswise into 1/2 inch wide slices then each slice into quarters
- in a large bowl toss together dough pieces and salsa.
- Add cooked meat mixture, two cups of tacos cheese and olives.
- Scrape the mixture into bakeing dish.
- Sprinkle tjey remaining 1 cup of cheese on top
- bake at 375 for 30min.
- Sprinkle scallions evenly over the top.
- bake another 5 min.
