Banana Almond Snack Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350EsF with the rack in the middle of oven.
  2. Grease a loaf pan.
  3. Whisk together all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
  4. Combine all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine dry and wet ingredients.
  6. Put mixture in loaf pan & top with slivered almonds.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the cake comes out clean.
  8. Cool cake to room temperature, flip out of pan & slice.
