Corn Salsa
- 2 cans Corn, Drained
- 1 can Black Beans, Drained
- 1 can Garbanzo Beans, Drained (optional - For More Protein)
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes, Drained (or Dice Up 2-3 Fresh Tomatoes)
- 1 can Sliced Black Olives, Diced (optional)
- 2 whole Bell Peppers, Any Color, Chopped
- 1 whole Medium Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Whole Jalapenos, Diced (1 Whole Cup If Youre Brave)
- 1/4 cups Lite Italian Salad Dressing
- Mix everything together in a cute bowl and chill for a few hours or a day in advance for best flavor.
- Serve with anything from homemade tortilla chips to Fritos scoops!
