Rosemary-Balsamic Salmon

  1. Place salmon in a non-reactive dish.
  2. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over salmon.
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30-60 minutes.
  4. Remove salmon from marinade and shake off excess.
  5. Discard marinade.
  6. Broil 4" from heat source, or place on preheated outdoor grill at medium-high.
  7. Cook until fish is barely opaque in the center, 3-4 minutes per side.
