Crusty Baked Potatoes Recipe

• 4 tbsp. melted butter
• 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
• 2 cloves garlic, chopped
• 4 med. baking potatoes, halved lengthwise

1. Combine first three ingredients.
2. Brush potatoes with mix.
3. Place cut side down on baking sheet.
4. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 45 min.
5. Serves 4.
