Baked Potatoes with Pesto and Parmesan

• 4 small baking potatoes (1 lb./450 g)
• 4 tsp. CLASSICO Basil Pesto di Genova
• 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shaved Cheese

1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Prick potatoes in several places with fork.
3. Bake 1 hour 15 min.
4. or until tender.
5. Make lengthwise, then crosswise cut in top of each potato; top with pesto and cheese.
