Baked Potatoes with Pesto and Parmesan
- 4 small baking potatoes (1 lb./450 g)
- 4 tsp. CLASSICO Basil Pesto di Genova
- 1/4 cup Kraft 100% Parmesan Shaved Cheese
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Prick potatoes in several places with fork.
- Bake 1 hour 15 min.
- or until tender.
- Make lengthwise, then crosswise cut in top of each potato; top with pesto and cheese.
