Saucy Oven Pork Chops

  1. Mix garlic and mustard together.
  2. Spread over chops.
  3. Dredge chops in flour.
  4. Put in greased baking pan (no need to brown chops).
  5. Mix soups together with approx 1/2 cup water.
  6. Pour over chops.
  7. Sprinkle with tyme, salt and pepper (if desired).
  8. Cover tightly with foil.
  9. Bake at 350 approx 45 min.
  10. (or until chops are done.I probably used thin chops).
  11. Remove and keep warm.
  12. Use flour to thicken sauce on stovetop if desired.
  13. Serve with mashed potato and veggie of choice.
