Bacon Bleu Burger
- 5 1/2 oz ground beef
- 2 strips of bacon
- 2 oz bleu cheese
- 1 brioche bun
- 1 grilled onions
- 1 grilled mushrooms
- 1 mayonnaise
- Cook meat patty on charbroiled grill until juices start to rise then flip.
- Start cooking bacon in a pan until preferred crispness.
- I like my bacon a bit flimsy.
- Start to saute your onions and mushrooms in a pan until caramelized.
- Toast brioche bun then add mayonnaise on both top and bottom buns.
- Put bacon on bottom bun.
- Place bleu cheese on patty then place patty in the bacon pan and cover it.
- Remove lid when cheese is melted then place the patty on top of bacon.
- Add Carmalized mushrooms and onions.
- Enjoy.
