Patriotic Parfaits

• 2 cups boiling water
• 1 pkg. (6 oz.) or 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) JELL-O Berry Blue Flavor Gelatin
• 2 cups cold water
• 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
• 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09

1. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
2. until completely dissolved.
3. Stir in cold water.
4. Pour into 9 parfait or dessert glasses.
5. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
6. Spoon 2 cups COOL WHIP over desserts; top with berries and remaining COOL WHIP.
