3 ingredient Mini cupcake popsicles
- 3 medium bananas
- 2 small kiwis
- 1/4 cup Mini chocolate morsels
- 1 food processor
- 1 cupcake liner tray
- Slice the bananas and put them in a Ziploc bag.
- Overnight, or at least 3 hours, toss it in the freezer.
- After your bananas are frozen, take em' out, let them thaw for some minutes.
- Prepare your 2 kiwi by scraping out the filling or slicing them
- In a food Proccesor, first blend in the banana slices until it looks slightly like puree.
- After, blend in the chocolate morsels with the kiwi.
- After everything looks pureed, Option 1(ice cream): then eat it like ice cream.
- Option 2 (popsicles): spoon the puree into a mini cupcake tray with paper liners and toss them in the freezer for around 1-2 hours until they set.
- Consume immediately.Top it with any topping you'd like.
