BBQ Turkey with Apple Cider

  1. Heat barbecue to medium-high heat.
  2. Tuck wings under back of turkey.
  3. Stuff body cavities with next 4 ingredients.
  4. Place turkey, breast side up, on roasting rack in large disposable foil pan.
  5. Rub outside of turkey with 2 Tbsp.
  6. dressing.
  7. Place pan on grate of barbecue.
  8. Add apple cider to pan; close lid of barbecue.
  9. Grill turkey 20 min.
  10. Reduce barbecue temperature to medium-low.
  11. Tent turkey loosely with foil.
  12. Grill turkey additional 1-3/4 to 2 hours or until done (170 degrees F), brushing occasionally with remaining dressing and adding water to pan as necessary to prevent drippings from burning.
  13. Remove turkey from barbecue; let stand 20 min.
  14. before carving.
