Pizza Spaghetti
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 oz. pkg. sliced pepperoni
- 12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 qt. tomatoes or juice
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) pizza sauce
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 16 oz. spaghetti
- 2 tsp. pizza seasoning
- 3/4 tsp. celery salt
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- salt and pepper
- Brown beef, onions and green pepper; add salt and pepper.
- Add tomatoes, spaghetti sauce, pizza sauce, pizza seasoning, celery salt and parsley flakes.
- Bring to boil and simmer 30 minutes. Mix spaghetti sauce and pepperoni.
- Put 1/2 in a 9 x 13-inch can pan.
- Layer Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Put in other half of spaghetti, then another layer of cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 until cheese melts then turn oven on low until ready to serve. Freezes well.
- Good warmed up.
