Teriyaki Honey Mustard Chicken
- 2 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1 cup honey
- 2/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 16 each boneless skinless chicken breasts
- Mix mustard, honey, teriyaki sauce and ginger until well blended.
- Reserve 1-1/2 cups of the mustard mixture (or 3/4 cup of the mustard mixture for trial recipe) for later use.
- Pour remaining mustard mixture over chicken in full hotel pan (or half hotel pan for trial recipe); cover.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight to marinate.
- Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
- Place chicken on grill or rack of broiler pan.
- Grill or broil 4 to 6 inches from heat source 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (180F), turning and brushing frequently with the reserved mustard mixture.
