Vennie College Dog
- 1 package (8-count Package) All Beef Hotdog, Brand Of Choice
- 1 package (8-count Package) Hot Dog Buns Of Choice
- Mayonnaise, to taste
- Ketchup To Taste
- 1 cup Sweet Onion, Diced
- 2 cups Green Cabbage, Diced Finely
- 1 bag (11 Oz. Bag) Ruffles Potato Chips
- Prepare hotdog in whatever fashion you preferboiling in a pot, grilling on a BBQ, or microwaving.
- Just ensure they have reached the proper temperature.
- Toast buns in the oven until golden brown, and prepare with mayonnaise and ketchup to your liking.
- Place cooked hotdogs in the bun, topping each with 1 tablespoon diced onion and 3 tablespoons of chopped cabbage.
- Top with 5 or 6 crumbled potato chips.
- Serve on a summer day, watching some good baseball.
- Trust me, you will like these.
- The cabbage will not over power the dish; it will add an additional texture and crunch to the dog.
