Creole Seafood Supreme

  1. Melt cream cheese and 6 tablespoons butter in the top of a double boiler or microwave oven.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Saute green onions, bell pepper and celery in remaining 2 tablespoons butter until tender; add shrimp.
  4. Saute until pink.
