Emeril's Nutty Martini

• 2 ounces vanilla vodka
• 1 -ounce Nocello walnut liqueur
• 2 tablespoons heavy cream
• Cracked ice

1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the vodka, Nocello and cream and shake with cracked ice.
2. Strain into a tall martini glass and serve.
