Pecan Pie (Microwave) Recipe

  1. Mix sugar, corn syrup and water in 1 1/2 qt casserole.
  2. Heat on high for 3 to 3 1/2 min till mix boils.
  3. Boil for 2 min.
  4. Gradually stir warm mix boils.
  5. Boil for 2 min.
  6. Gradually stir warm mix into Large eggs.
  7. Stir in butter and vanilla.
  8. Pour in pie shell, top with pecan halves.
  9. Cook on Medium High 7 to 8 min till filling is set.
