Barbecued Pork Sandwiches, Lhj Recipe

  2. Heat oven to 325 F. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat a Dutch oven 1 minute over medium-high heat.
  4. Brown pork on all sides, about 4 min per side.

  6. Add in barbecue sauce to Dutch oven; cover and bake 1 1/2 hrs till pork is fork-tender.

  8. Transfer pork to cutting board.
  9. Slice into thin pcs.
  10. Return to Dutch oven and cook 5 min over medium heat.
  11. Place rolls on serving plates.
  12. Divide pork mix and spoon into each roll..
  13. Prep time: 20 min
  14. Baking Time: 1 1/2 hrs
  15. Serving Ideas : Serve with coleslaw if you like
