Barbecued Pork Sandwiches, Lhj Recipe
- 1 1/2 lb Boneless pork roast
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Freshly grnd pepper
- 1 jar barbecue sauce, (18 or possibly 19 ounce.)
- 4 x Soft hamburger rolls Coleslaw, (optional)

- Heat oven to 325 F. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper.
- Heat a Dutch oven 1 minute over medium-high heat.
- Brown pork on all sides, about 4 min per side.
- 2.
- Add in barbecue sauce to Dutch oven; cover and bake 1 1/2 hrs till pork is fork-tender.
- 3.
- Transfer pork to cutting board.
- Slice into thin pcs.
- Return to Dutch oven and cook 5 min over medium heat.
- Place rolls on serving plates.
- Divide pork mix and spoon into each roll..
- Prep time: 20 min
- Baking Time: 1 1/2 hrs
- Serving Ideas : Serve with coleslaw if you like
