Teriyaki Beef Soup
- 8 ounces steak
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 12 cups beef broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup baby carrots
- 13 cup rice
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups broccoli, chopped
- 14 cup green onion
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 18 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Cook the beef, set aside.
- Boil broth, water, carrots, rice, ginger and garlic 15 minutes, until the rice is cooked.
- Add the remaining ingredients and the beef and cook for 3 minutes.
