Philadelphia Sticky Buns
- 3 cups bread flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons buttermilk powdered
- 78 cups water
- 2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cardamom seeds
- 1/2 cup pecans whole
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- Make dough.
- Seperate into round balls to make buns.
- Bake buns for 15 minutes.
- Take them out, ice and bake for another 20 minutes.
- Cool.
