Snow Ball Cake

  1. Soften unflavored gelatin in 4 tablespoons cold water.
  2. Add boiling water; stir until dissolved.
  3. Add sugar and lemon juice. Add canned pineapple and juice; chill mixture until partly firm. Whip 2 packages Dream Whip and fold into partly set mixture.
  4. Use 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
  5. Place layer of cake, then layer of gelatin mixture; repeat layers until all is used.
  6. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  7. Then whip 1 package Dream Whip and spread on cake; cover with coconut.
  8. Trim with cherries.
