Catfish Stew
- 3 cup water
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 2 cup baby red potatoes cut into half
- 1 (14 1/2-oz ) can Fire Roasted diced tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 5 garlic cloves,finely chopped
- 1/2 Small head cabbage, chopped
- 2 pound catfish nuggets
- 1 tbsp old bay seasoning
- In a large pot,bring water, salt, potatoes, tomatoes, onion, and garlic to a boil over medium - high heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add cabbage and bring back to a boil.
- Reduce and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Add catfish and old bay seasoning.
- Simmer until the catfish is cooked through, about 10 minutes more.
- Serve while hot.
