Haystacks

  1. Melt butterscotch morsels.
  2. In large bowl in microwave or double boiler.
  3. Add chow mein or rice noodles and peanuts if using to melted butterscotch and fold to coat.
  4. Spoon onto waxed paper in stacks to resemble haystacks.
  5. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
