Vickys Banana Almond Smoothie, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free
- 1 medium banana, cut into chunks and frozen overnight
- 150 ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp milled flaxseeds
- 1 maple syrup or agave nectar to taste
- 3 small drops almond extract to make it even tastier!
- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
