Buffalo Turkey Burgers with Buffalo Blue Cheese Sauce
- 1/4 cups Hot Sauce (I Used Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Wing Sauce)
- 1 Egg, Lightly Beaten
- 1/4 cups Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 Tablespoon Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 pound Lean Ground Turkey
- 13 cups Plain, Non-fat Greek Yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons Light Mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon Hot Sauce, More If You Like It Hotter
- 1 teaspoon Ranch Seasoning Mix
- 1 Tablespoon Crumbled Blue Cheese
- 6 Buns
- 6 Red Onion Slices
- 6 Tomato Slices
- 6 leaves Lettuce
- Blue Cheese
- Buffalo Wing Sauce
- In a large mixing bowl combine the hot sauce, beaten egg, panko breadcrumbs, ranch seasoning mix, and minced garlic.
- Add the ground turkey and gently combine everything with your hands.
- Form the turkey mixture into 6 patties and place them on a plate or baking sheet.
- Heat your grill or grill pan to medium high heat.
- In the meantime, combine all of the ingredients for the Buffalo blue cheese sauce in a bowl and whisk together until smooth.
- Grill the burgers over medium high heat for about 4 minutes on each side.
- Remove them from the grill to a clean plate.
- Serve the burgers on buns topped with blue cheese, tomato, red onion, lettuce, more Buffalo wing sauce, and the Buffalo blue cheese sauce.
- Notes: If you dont like blue cheese you can omit it from the Buffalo blue cheese sauce and top the burger with cheddar cheese instead of blue cheese.
