Better Than Campbell's Tomato Soup With Chicken
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 8 ounces chicken broth
- 14 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon erythritol
- 2 tablespoons pecorino romano cheese
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
- 6 ounces chicken breasts
- Combine tomato sauce, broth, cream, erythritol, salt and pepper and chicken and heat through.
- Add pecorino romano cheese on top.
