Button Mushrooms with Anchovies and Garlic

  1. Remove the dirt from the mushrooms with a cloth.
  2. Cut off the stems.
  3. Add the olive oil and garlic to a frying pan and turn on the heat.
  4. Once fragrant, add the anchovies and use a wooden spoon to break them apart as they cook.
  5. Add the mushrooms and coat with the oil.
  6. Add the white wine, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat.
  7. Once the mushrooms have cooked, season with black pepper.
  8. Sprinkle in some parsley, give it a quick stir, and then it's done.
