Button Mushrooms with Anchovies and Garlic
- 12 medium Button mushrooms
- 2 filets Anchovies
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp White wine
- 1 dash Black pepper (preferably coursely ground)
- 1 dash Finely chopped parsley
- Remove the dirt from the mushrooms with a cloth.
- Cut off the stems.
- Add the olive oil and garlic to a frying pan and turn on the heat.
- Once fragrant, add the anchovies and use a wooden spoon to break them apart as they cook.
- Add the mushrooms and coat with the oil.
- Add the white wine, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat.
- Once the mushrooms have cooked, season with black pepper.
- Sprinkle in some parsley, give it a quick stir, and then it's done.
