Yummy Basil Burgers
- 1 lb ground beef or 1 lb turkey
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 12 tablespoons organic dried basil
- 14 teaspoon garlic salt
- 14 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 hamburger buns, split
- mozzarella cheese (optional)
- Preheat the outdoor grill for high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef/turkey, Worcestershire sauce, basil, garlic salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into 4 burger patties.
- Lightly oil the grill grate and cook burgers about 6 minutes, turning once, to an internal temperature of 160F or to desired doneness.
- If desired, top with mozzarella cheese.
- Serve on hamburger buns.
