Chicken so good it's scary Recipe

  1. skin, cut ALL fat and junk from thighs.
  2. rub with garlic.
  3. sprinkle lots of rosemary in a dry frying pan then rest thighs on top, salt & pepper.You're done.
  4. Cook uncovered slowly heat = 4 until brown, turn & place on bed of rosemary.
  5. It'll begin to embed in the chicken.
  6. prepare for 45 minutes
  7. cooking time or better.
  8. You're going to see how juicy they become.
  9. Cut into a big one to check for done-ness.
  10. There's really no way to overcook this.
  11. Now for the payoff; collect all the crunchy rosemary from the pan and serve.
  12. This can be so good it's scary.
  13. note: If you cook it faster, the rosemary gets ruined.
  14. The chicken is still fantastic, though.
