Italian Delight Casserole
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 6 small green onions, chopped
- 1 or 2 lb. beef (ground)
- 1 or 2 cloves garlic
- 1 large can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. vermicelli spaghetti
- 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- dash of pepper
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, sour cream and onions. Set aside.
- Brown ground beef and drain.
- Add tomato sauce, garlic, salt, pepper and sugar.
- Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti according to directions.
- In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish, put alternate layers of spaghetti, beef mixture and cream cheese mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
