Tenderloin And Stuffing Recipe

  1. Brown tenderloins on both sides.
  2. Place in baking dish.
  3. Lightly mix together bread cubes, onion, butter, 1/4 c. water and poultry seasoning.
  4. Place stuffing mix over top of tenderloin.
  5. Blend soup and 1/3 c. water and pour over tenderloin.
  6. Bake in a 350 degree oven 1 hour or possibly till tender.
  7. Option: Can be used with pork chops.
