Tenderloin And Stuffing Recipe
- 4 pcs tenderloin
- 3 c. soft bread crumbs (can use 1/2 bread crumbs and 1/2 stuffing)
- 2 tbsp. onion, minced
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning (optional)
- 1 can (10 1/2 ounce.) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. water
- Brown tenderloins on both sides.
- Place in baking dish.
- Lightly mix together bread cubes, onion, butter, 1/4 c. water and poultry seasoning.
- Place stuffing mix over top of tenderloin.
- Blend soup and 1/3 c. water and pour over tenderloin.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven 1 hour or possibly till tender.
- Option: Can be used with pork chops.
