Peanut Sauce
- 1 cup peanuts, unsalted and roasted
- 12 cup peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 12 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 14 teaspoon red curry paste
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 12-1 tablespoon cornstarch (optional ( use if you want it to be a thicker paste for dipping or if you just prefer it thicker)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Heat in a saucepan.
- Bring it to a boil and then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes while stirring continually.
- Serve and enjoy!
