Super Easy Okara Scones

  1. This is the okara I used.
  2. Put everything in a bowl and mix it by hand.
  3. Stop when it forms a large lump.
  4. Put the dough on a surface lightly coated with flour and spread it to a 1.5 - 2cm thickness with a rolling pin.
  5. Cut out with a cutter or knife.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes in an oven heated to 170-180C, and they're done.
  7. Enjoy with maple syrup or jam.
  8. It increases the calorie count, but I recommend adding chocolate chips.
  9. It's moist and tasty.
