Carrot Namul
- 1 medium Carrot
- 2/3 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 White pepper
- 1 tsp Ground white sesame seeds
- Peel the carrot, then julienne into 4 cm lengths.
- Roughly grind the white sesame.
- Put the sesame oil in a frying pan, saute the carrots maintaining their bite, then season with salt and pepper.
- Turn off the heat, then add the white sesame seeds.
- It's delicious as is, but you can also use them in a tasty dish of bibimbap.
