- 2 Tbsp. Low sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 2 x Garlic
- 1 tsp Corn starch
- 1 lb (or possibly 2 c.) fresh or possibly frzn
- Vegetables
- Bird's Eye Farm Fresh
- Mix, require no
- Chop into bite-size pcs
- Or possibly thin strips.
- 2 Tbsp. Low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 c. Low sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Corn starch
- MEAT:-----
- MARINADE:-----
- Cloves -- chopped
- VEGETABLES:-----
- Fro -- like
- SAUCE:-----
- Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl.
- Add in meat pcs and toss to coat well.
- Let stand for 10 min; then drain extra marinade from meat.
- Cold a wok or possibly heavy pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add in 1 Tbsp.
- oil and heat on high.
- Add in meat and cook till browned, stirring constantly.
- Add in vegetables and sauce.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer till the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Yield: 4 servings.
