Easy Shrimp and Avocado Gratin

  1. Peel and boil the shrimp.
  2. Cut the boiled shrimp and avocado into bite-sized pieces and assemble on a heatproof dish.
  3. Sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper.
  4. If making this for adults, it's delicious with a generous amount
  5. Top with mayonnaise.
  6. Top with melting cheese.
  7. Toast in a toaster oven for about 5 minutes.
  8. It's ready when the top is golden brown.
