Pesto Parmesan Toast Bites
- 4 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 Tablespoon Butter, Softened
- 2 teaspoons Sour Cream
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons Parsley
- 1/4 cups Basil
- 1/4 cups Parmesan, Plus Addtional For Topping
- 2 Tablespoons Red Onion
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 1 loaf Frech Bread, Sliced Thinly
- Combine all ingredients (except bread) in a food processor and mix together until smooth.
- Spread a generous amount onto each French bread toast.
- Top with additional parmesan.
- Broil for about 3 minutes until tops brown.
