Chicken And Noodle Casserole
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 2 (5 oz.) cans chunk white chicken or cooked, cut up chicken
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
- 1 stick melted butter
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/4 c. green pepper
- Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. crushed saltines
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- Prepare soups as directed on cans.
- Add chopped celery, green pepper and minced onion.
- Bring to a light boil.
- Add chicken and simmer while cooking noodles as directed on package.
- Add soup to drained noodles.
- Let simmer 20 minutes.
- Pour noodles and soup mixture into ungreased casserole dish.
- Layer with cheese and then cover with buttered cracker crumbs.
- Bake at 325u0b0 for 20 minutes.
