Cheesy Spicy Dip
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese, Cut In Chunks
- 1/4 pounds Ground Hamburger Meat
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 cups Chunky Mild Salsa
- 4 ounces, weight Canned, Diced Green Chilies
- Turn crockpot on low heat and add the Velveeta cheese into the pot.
- Let that melt for 30 to 45 minutes.
- While that is melting cook the 1/4 pound of hamburger meat in a skillet over medium heat with the salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, and ground cayenne pepper.
- Cook until meat is browned then remove skillet from heat and set aside.
- Once the cheese is fully melted add the ground beef, salsa, and green chilies.
- Let it cook for another 30 to 45 minutes until the dip reaches the consistency of your liking.
- Serve and enjoy!
