Michelle's Healthy Chili

  1. *Diced vegetables- larger pieces if you dont mind seeing the vegetables, smaller cuts if you want to hide the vegetables (from children & husbands) Everything will taste like chili when it is done.
  2. Put all into crock pot and cook on low for 4-8 hours.
  3. Serve with a dollop of sour cream or top with shredded cheese.

red beans, lean ground turkey, beef, black beans, tomatoes, frozen sweet corn, celery, carrot, sweet potato, zucchini, sweet onion, green bell pepper, packet chili seasoning mix
