Salted Grilled Chicken Yakitori

  1. Cut and skewer the chicken.
  2. Mix the sauce and set aside.
  3. Cook the chicken in a frying pan coated with vegetable oil.
  4. Once golden brown, add the sake, cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Mix in the sauce and it's done.
