Beef & Broccoli Salad
- 12 oz. thin cut beef sirloin steak Safeway 1 lb For $5.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Asian Toasted Sesame Dressing
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bag (5 oz.) greens
- 1 head romaine lettuce, chopped
- 3 green onions
- 1 red bell pepper
- 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds
- Thinly slice beef into bite-size strips.
- Combine with 3 tbsp.
- of salad dressing in small bowl, and set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- While beef is marinating, slice red bell pepper and green onions.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add 2 tablespoons of dressing and the broccoli florets.
- Cook and stir for 3 minutes.
- Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
- Then add beef to your skillet.
- Cook and stir another 3-5 minutes or until beef is slightly pink in center.
- Remove from heat.
- In large salad bowl, combine greens with beef, broccoli and vegetables.
- Drizzle with remaining salad dressing and sliced almonds before serving.
