Beef & Broccoli Salad

  1. Thinly slice beef into bite-size strips.
  2. Combine with 3 tbsp.
  3. of salad dressing in small bowl, and set aside to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. While beef is marinating, slice red bell pepper and green onions.
  5. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  6. Add 2 tablespoons of dressing and the broccoli florets.
  7. Cook and stir for 3 minutes.
  8. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  9. Then add beef to your skillet.
  10. Cook and stir another 3-5 minutes or until beef is slightly pink in center.
  11. Remove from heat.
  12. In large salad bowl, combine greens with beef, broccoli and vegetables.
  13. Drizzle with remaining salad dressing and sliced almonds before serving.
