Butterscotch Cheesecake

  1. In large bowl, microwave water until hot.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in the hot water.
  3. Add the cream cheese cubes and stir until the cream cheese is softened.
  4. Blend well with electric mixer.
  5. Add the Equal and pudding mix and blend well.
  6. Pour into paper lined muffin tins and chill until firm.
