Cala's Chicken Pot Pie
- 2 cups boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli
- 12 cup carrot
- 12 celery
- 12 cup onion
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 pie crust
- Cook chicken.
- Meawhile steam the veggies and cook until tender.
- In another saucepan melt butter than add flour whisk and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the milk and chicken bullion and simmer until thickened.
- Add cheese and mix well.
- Then mix the veggies and chicken with the white cheese sauce
- Pour mixture into pie crust (you can add another crust on top).
- Bake @ 400 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
