Gutbombs
- 2 lb 80/20 hamburger meat (you can use ground turkey if you prefer)
- 1 small white or yellow onion (chopped)
- 15 flour torillas (give or take a few)
- 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can small cream of mushroom soup
- 24 oz Velveeta (cubed)
- 1 salt, pepper, garlic, and cayane pepper (to taste)
- Preheat oven to 375
- Brown hamburger meat and onions together, seasoning to taste.
- Drain off the grease.
- In a microwaveable bowl, cube the Velveeta up and stir in half of the cream of mushroom soup.
- Microwave for 5mins, stirring occasionally.
- When it's almost melted, mix in the rest of the soup and reheat.
- Mix well until smooth.
- Mix shredded cheese into meat and onions and reseason if necessary.
- It will make a doughy texture.
- Roll meat mix into tortillas and put into a casserole dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
- Feel free to cram into the pan!
- Pour the cheese mix over the tortillas and cover completely.
- Cover in foil and bake for 30mins.
- Take off the foil and bake for another 15, or until it gets brown and bubbly on top, and scoop and serve!
