White Fruit Cake

  1. Combine
  2. the
  3. oil,
  4. sugar and eggs; beat together for 2 minutes.
  5. Add
  6. thetlour,talt
  7. and
  8. baking powder.
  9. Stir in alternately with the pineapple juice.
  10. Coat fruit, raisins and nuts
  11. with the flour.
  12. Pour batter on the fruit; mix thoroughly. Pour
  13. intot
  14. greased and floured loaf pan.
  15. Bake on the lower shelf of oven at 275u0b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
  16. Cool before removing from
  17. pan.then cool, wrap in aluminum foil.
  18. Store in refrigerator for at least a week or more.
