Pecan Crunch Apple Pie

  1. Put chopped apples in a large bowl.
  2. Add sugar, flour, egg yolk, vanilla, lemon juice and pecans; mix well.
  3. Add egg white.
  4. Stir well and pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
  5. Bake at 350F (180C) for 30 to 45 minutes
