Chinese Shrimp Fried Rice Recipe
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 2 lg. onions, minced
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 to 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. popcorn shrimp, canned is fine
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- Heat oil in saucepan and cook onions till tender.
- Add in the rice, soy sauce, and salt; mix well.
- Stir in shrimp and place in lightly buttered casserole dish.
- Add in bean sprouts.
- Bake at 350 degrees till heated through.
- Serve warm.
